I’ve gone several times to get my Sthil tools. I went in a few weeks ago to buy a backpack blower but I wasn’t sure which one I wanted/needed, an employee handed me a pamphlet and showed me the blowers he talked to me about the different one and told me to go home look over the pamphlet and come back. No pressure I really appreciated that. I went home and found the right one and came back later. The same guy was there and he helped me out. Very friendly service and very helpful.
