Great experience. I walked in and was assisted immediately. I wanted to buy a Blackstone Griddle and within 10 minutes it was paid for and loaded in my suv. Nice and easy.

This feels like an old timey, family owned hardware store. Employees are helpful and nice, shelves are well stocked, prices are competitive with home depot. While it's quick and easy to shop, you might enjoy browsing while enjoying a free bag of freshly made popcorn.

Whoever this lady and the new employee with dark hair that was helping her This pass week are the kindest and most friendly folks I have met in a while. I think her name was Sheryl but the picture I attached is who she is. They both were patient helping me find some plumbing supplies I needed for a DIY job ibwas helping my mother in law with. I just finished visiting one of the other big box retail hardwares store where the service and attention was super lack luster. These ladies helped me find my solution and got me scoring brownie points with my mother in law...hehe In the pic she was helping another gentleman wrap some tubing and even held the door for him. I couldn't help but snap a random pic Anyways I plan to follow up with corporate to make sure they get a proper shout out. ACE really is the Place!!

Great service with friendly staff. I purchased a chainsaw, spent $350. It wasn’t exactly what the boss wanted. ….so he sent me back to upgrade from a 18” bar MS250, to a 20” bar 362I. A title cost of around $1000.00 They tested the saw before you leave to ensure it’s “out the door” ready to use. Thanks for the assistance.
